The Details of Major work in FCCU is done in following areas
We have executed Shut Down Projects of Coke Drum for various refineries like RIL Jamnagar / Nayara Jamnagar/ IOCL Panipat/MRPL Mangalore/BPCL Bina/IOCL Vadodara. Maximum manpower deputed at single time is 500 with skilled Arc Gougers & GMAW Welders.
The work involved identified the bulge area, removing old weld overly by Arc gouging with out reducing the original metal thickness , smooth grinding of after gauging , DP clearance and re weld the overlay with advance welding technique like automatic overlay welding and Taper Grinding of final weld NDT clearance.
We have done shut down piping work including erection, field joints , Tie joints and loops at elevated height for RIL- Dahej plant.
We have also executed critical heavy wall piping fabrication & erection work at HURL Fertilizer at Sindri – Dhanbad, also we are engaged Piping work for RR Package at IOCL Panipat & HRRL Barmer.
Our piping team are capable of working on all material and thickness both for yard and filed joints including Non IBR & IBR with all type Materials like CS/LTCS/LAS – P11, P22/SS/P91. While working on critical P-91 material, due care for heating with low voltage and its PWHT was taken.
Apart from above we have also carried out various shut down work of Tube Bundle replacement , Nozzles replacements of columns, repairs work of liner in Urea Reactor & CO2 Absorber as per client requirement.
