ADNOC Turnaround 2024 – Fracination Unit & Equipment Piping

SAMEEP Engineering executed the turnaround of Train 3 and Train 4 for ADNOC in Ruwais, UAE. The scope involved completing 11,000 inch-diameter piping works and 200 metric tons of structural fabrication and erection across the Fractionation and Treatment Units, showcasing our capability to deliver safe, efficient, large-scale mechanical contracting solutions.
Sameep Engineering was entrusted with the PRC Turnaround 2025 for Petro Rabigh, undertaking critical shutdown works, equipment overhauls, safety inspections, and structural upgrades of the HOFCC FCCU Unit. As our second international project, this milestone underscores our technical expertise, operational readiness, and commitment to delivering high-value shutdown solutions under challenging conditions.
The turnaround faced tight schedules, live plant complexities, and congested logistics. SAMEEP Engineering overcame these challenges by leveraging technical expertise, skilled manpower, and proactive planning, successfully executing 200 MT of structures and 1,100-inch piping on time with full safety compliance.
SAMEEP Engineering ensured success through meticulous planning, 24/7 shifts, robust safety systems, precision fabrication, strict quality control, and careful sequencing—overcoming live plant risks and logistical constraints to deliver the project on time with zero incidents.
The project was successfully delivered on time with zero major safety incidents, maintaining optimized productivity in high-risk conditions.
